Welcome baby boy Samuel
After a long and difficult pregnancy, Jennifer (Jenny) Anne Stafford of Erie, Pennsylvania has given birth to a healthy, bouncing baby boy. Both are safe and well. Samuel Jonathan Trow came into the world at 8:17 E.S.T. on the morning of March 10, 2019 just after daylight savings time took effect. He was born at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Erie. The father is Mike Trow who has been at Jenny’s side through it all and continues to be a pillar of strength for her. Grandparents include Jeanette Stafford of Erie, but who is also known in Deer Lodge and Philipsburg as a frequent visitor. Other grandparents include Chester C. Trow (deceased) and Joanne M. Trow of Phoenix. Jenny Stafford is the sister of Michael Stafford of Deer Lodge (formerly of Philipsburg) and Samuel is his new nephew. The editor of this newspaper is now a very proud uncle.
