​Brent C. Smith, 80, of Deer Lodge, died on April 15, 2022. Brent was born on Nov. 2, 1941, in Ogden, Utah, to Jacob and Zola (Sypher) Smith.
Brent was a man of many skills but was primarily a rancher. Some of his favorite things were his dog, Molly; running sheep; watching westerns; and eating doughnuts with his great-granddaughter.
Brent is preceded in death by his parents and most previous wife, Beverly Smith. He is survived by his daughter, Leslie (Alan) Boomer; his brothers, Michael Craig Smith and Monty Smith; his grandchildren, Ashley (Willow) Wehr and Alex Boomer; his great-grandchild, Jordan Wehr; and many friends, two-legged and four-legged.
