Florence Elizabeth Monahan Fah Florence Elizabeth Monahan Fah, 5/4/43 – 1/22/18. Florence passed away peacefully after an extended illness with family by her side. She was born at home in Butte on May 4, 1943. She was the third child of James and Clara (Ayers) Monahan. She joined brother Michael, sister Shirley, and then brother James. She attended numerous schools in Butte. At 19, while living in Clarks Fork, Idaho, she met her future husband John. After seriously dating for three months, they were married 54 years ago, on January 2. She became mom to John Jr., Michael (JoAnn), and Julie (“My Eddy”). She worked 35 plus years at Powell County Memorial Hospital, eventually becoming Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor. She enjoyed holidays, especially her Christmas village, being outdoors with her family, and demo derbies. Florence was especially proud of her grandchildren and their achievements. Florence is survived by her husband John; three children; grandchildren Dale (Mallory, Zenadaya, Zion, Zayna), Dustin (Brittany, Patrick, Kashton), Bryce, and Richard (Breanna); sister Shirley Loppie; special friend Lil Murray; sister-in-law Loretta Thatcher; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, brothers Mickey and Jimmy; sisters-in-law Linda and Judy; and father-in-law Alexander. A celebration of life will be at Scotty’s Bar in Deer Lodge; Saturday February 3, at 1 p.m. Linda Bowman Pearson On January 19, 2018, Linda Bowman Pearson passed peacefully at the Deer Lodge Medical Center into heaven surrounded by her family and pastor after a brief battle with cancer. Linda was born in Payette, Idaho on January 21, 1944. Linda was proceeded in death by her parents, Pearl Ledington Bowman, and Allyn Bowman, and two siblings Delbert Bowman, and Sharon Bowman. Survivors include her husband Donald C. Pearson, daughters Michelle Pearson, Lori Saba, son-in-law Marwan Saba, grandson Josh Saba, sister Barbara McNeish (Jack), brother David Bowman (Sarah), brother-in-law Ken Pearson, sister-in-law LaVonne Pearson, and several cousins, nieces and nephews whom she cherished greatly. Linda worked several jobs through the years, but was especially proud of her early years of teaching Sunday School, and always enjoyed helping out at the church whenever she could. She loved her family and friends unconditionally and will be missed by many. Services were held January 26 at the Deer Lodge Assembly of God Church, with burial at Hillcrest Cemetery.
