![]() Donna Marie Rollins Heaven gained an infectious smile on June 23 when an auto accident claimed our friend, daughter, and beloved Donna Marie Rollins. Born January 17, 1978 in Deer Lodge to Bob and Lisa Rollins, Donna graduated from Powell County High School in 1996. Always valuing her education, she earned an Associates of Science in Accounting from Western Wyoming Community College, in 2002, before continuing on to Montana Tech of the University of Montana, where in 2003, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Technology-Accounting. She was employed by Town Pump Corporate Office for the last 10 years, where most recently she worked in Fuel and Distribution. Donna was a devoted partner to Nick for 16 years, she adored children and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Donna was an avid reader, had a passion for photography, and enjoyed everything about the outdoors. Donna crocheted custom blankets tailoring each blanket for family and friends. The 4th of July was her favorite time of year because of the celebrations and fireworks. Her beautiful life leaves an unfillable void, yet provides a wonderful example of a life well lived. A celebration of life will be held at Duggan Dolan Mortuary on July 16 at 2 p.m. ![]() Shirley Ruth Hunter Shirley Ruth Hunter, July 12, 1936 – June 28, 2016. Shirley Ruth Hunter, 79, passed away peacefully at her home on June 28, 2016. Shirley, the third of four children, was born July 12, 1936 to Elsie and Harry Neirson in Peever, S.D. Shirley attended school in Peever, S.D. and graduated from Peever High School in 1954. She was a cheerleader throughout high school and held the secretary position of her class. She met and married the love of her life Howard August Hunter on November 30, 1954. They began their married life in Peever, S.D. where Howard worked for the Milwaukee Railroad. Shortly after they were married they started their family of four sons and one daughter. Howard and Shirley lived in several towns in S.D. where Howard started his logging career. In 1965, they packed up the family and moved to Deer Lodge, where Howard continued his logging career. Shirley loved to travel, dance, sew and watch movies. She loved camping and fishing where so many memories were made with family and friends. She painted many ceramic items and gave them away to family members. Shirley loved spending time with her family playing cards and board games where she was always competitive. If she lost you better be ready to play again until she won. Shirley was involved in Women in Timber and bowled on a league. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Verna, two brothers Donald and Terry, and granddaughter Sarah. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Howard Hunter of Deer Lodge; sons Rick (Laurie) Hunter, Dallis (Maggie) Hunter, Dan (Linda) Hunter, Marty (Lisa) Hunter of Deer Lodge, and daughter Roxanne Bauman of Blanchard, Idaho; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law William (Alice) Hunter and Eddie (Elaine) Hunter of S.D.; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Nora (Hanson) Czeczok was born on Nov. 13, 1936 to Bert Henry Hanson and Margaret Dickson in Morris City, Minn. She was the youngest of 12 children. In the presence of family, she passed peacefully on June 28, 2016. Nora was preceded in death by her parents, 10 siblings and husband, Wendelin (Wendy). She is survived by her brother Lawrence of Minneapolis, Minn., daughters Janet Chevrestt of Deer Lodge, granddaughter Tara Chevrestt (Bob) Naylor of Roy, Utah, Teresa Hurst of Missoula, her three children Jon (Jana) Curran of Chehalis, Wash., daughter Amanda (Sean) Peters of Missoula, daughter Kayla Hurst of Missoula, Rose (Al) Murphy of Deer Lodge, grandson Shane Murphy of Colorado Springs, Colo. Nora stayed quite active, baking, mowing grass, watering, walking, chopping kindling, stacking firewood and enjoyed conversing with family, friends and just about anyone she met. A memorial service will be held July 9, 2016 at Jewell Funeral Chapel at 11 a.m. Reception to follow at Deer Lodge Senior Center.
